Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 38(13) of the aforementioned Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired and after the trader has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By placing and paying for an order, the Customer consents to the immediate fulfillment of the order and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal.
