TERMS OF SERVICE – KULAK-ART ONLINE STORE

§1. General Provisions

The online store available at kulak-art-2.myshopify.com is operated by PPHU VETI Anna Kulak, ul. Stanisławowska 4, 95-080 Zofiówka, Poland. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, order fulfillment, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller. The Customer is required to read these Terms of Service before making a purchase.

§2. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A valid email address is required to place an order. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation to the provided email address.

§3. Order Fulfillment

Products offered in the Store are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. The order is fulfilled immediately upon payment confirmation — the product is sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The Seller is not liable for an incorrect email address provided by the Customer.

§4. Prices and Payments

All prices listed in the Store are gross prices expressed in EUR. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. Available payment methods are indicated during the order process.

§5. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Seller's email address. The Seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt. The response to the complaint will be sent to the Customer's email address.

§6. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon publication on the Store's website.
