SHIPPING POLICY – KULAK-ART ONLINE STORE

KULAK-ART offers digital products delivered exclusively electronically — as a file sent to the Customer's email address. Delivery takes place immediately upon payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. Delivery is made to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Store fulfills orders for both Polish and international customers — with no additional delivery charges. If you have not received the product within 24 hours of payment, please contact our customer support.
